The Local history museum of the Atyrau region conducted the historical and informative lesson "Kazakh son and conductor " was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the People's Artist of the USSR and Kazakhstan, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan, conductor Shamgon Kazhygaliyev on June 20, 2017, at 3:00 pm.

On May 15, 2017, the local history museum of Atyrau region conducteda meeting with the participants of the local history study expedition "Admire a Native Land" - students of the Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools withthe Chemical Biological biasof the cities of Astana and Ust-Kamenogorsk, museum specialists, local ethnographers and historians. The meeting was held with the aim of realizing the objectives of the program article "Looking into the Future: Modernization ofPublic Consciousness", one of which is the upbringing of Kazakhstan's patriotism.

On May 21, 2017, at 11.00 and 15.00, at the Local History Museum of Atyrau region, a lesson of courage "Letters scorched by war - military triangles" was held, dedicated to the 72^nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, as part of the family program "The whole family goes to the museum". Excursions are organized for the adult and children's audiences with the purpose of patriotic education of the younger generation on the example of heroism and courage of our fellow countrymen, participants of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and familiarization with the front letters - triangles of officers and soldiers.

On May 16, 2017, the local history museum of the Atyrau region conducted the final rounds of the intellectual quest-contest on the theme "History of Kazakh Steppe " within the promotion" Motherland is my honor among employees of cultural institutions, high school students in Atyrau in Kazakh and Russian languages.

On May 4, 2017, the Museum of History and Local History of the Atyrau region conductedan exhibition "Елімнің ерлік беттері " and a meeting with the descendants of G.F. Kantsev and the veterans of the rear area, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of Hero of the Soviet Union Georgiy Fedorovich Kantsev.
