The local history club «Miras», created in Isatay district, published the book «A Place rich in heritage»

Recently, local historians of the Miras club, created at the Isatay district branch of the Atyrau regional history museum, published the book “A place rich in heritage.” In this regard, on September 27, in the meeting room of the akimat of the Isatay district, akim of the district P. Khassanov thanked the members of the Miras local history club for the work carried out on in-depth research of history of Isatay region, as well as for collecting cultural and spiritual heritage. He congratulated local historians on the publication of the educational book “A place rich in heritage,” published for the 95th anniversary of Isatay district. During the meeting, a group of local historians who contributed to the publication of the book was awarded. In particular: K. Kayumova and A. Esekesh were presented with letters of gratitude on behalf of the director of Atyrau regional local history museum. B. Musin, M. Nasikhanov and the deputy director of Isatay regional history museum G. Zhubanova were presented with letters of gratitude on behalf of the akim of Isatay district.

Deputy director of the Cenre for the study of historical and cultural heritage of Atyrau region F. Baydauletov was awarded with a letter of gratitude from the chairman of Maslikhat of Isatay region. Local historian Zh. Babikyzy was also awarded with the Sidegali Nurmanov Prize, a genealogist of our region. Furthermore on September 28, the book “A place rich in heritage” was presented at a gala event dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the Isatay district and the 50th anniversary of the village of Akkystau.

Local historian M. Otegaliyev, author of the book “A place rich in heritage,” spoke at the meeting and presented the book to the public. During the meeting, akim of Isatay district P. Khassanov expressed gratitude to the author of the book M. Otegaliyev, as well as all local historians on behalf of the entire district community.
