ULTTYQ QUIZ Intellectual Game “Wisdom from Traditions”

On March 12, 2026, the Atyrau Regional Museum of History and Local Lore organized the ULTTYQ QUIZ intellectual game entitled “Wisdom from Traditions” within the framework of the nationwide ten-day celebration “Nauryznama” and in honor of March 16 — culture and national traditions day.

The purpose of the event was to promote national customs and traditions, popularize cultural heritage, and increase young people's interest in national values.

The intellectual competition brought together the teams “Nauryz,” “Qyran,” “Alash,” and “Almas Kylysh,” consisting of students from city schools. A total of 35 students from grades 9–11 competed in five rounds. Participants answered questions related to national customs and traditions, traditional music, and historical and cultural heritage, demonstrating their knowledge and intellectual abilities.

At the conclusion of the competition, all teams were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the museum director, and copies of the regional museum’s publication “Atyrau Local History Readings – II” were presented to the participating school libraries.

The event was attended by students of Secondary School No. 9 named after Sh. Ualikhanov, Secondary School No. 15 named after Abai, as well as “Atyrau JOO High School” and Abyroi School Atyrau.
