In December, the 4th Meeting of the Expert Selection Commission Was Held. In December, the fourth meeting of the Expert Selection Commission was held. During the meeting, expert evaluation and selection work was carried out, as a result of which the museum collection was enriched with personal belongings, manuscripts, translations, and books of Fariza Ongarsynova — People’s Writer of Kazakhstan, stateswoman and public figure, and recipient of the State Prize.

      In addition, electrical devices used in the 1950s–1960s at JSC Atyrau Zharyk, raw materials and photographs related to the gas chemical complex transferred on the basis of a bilateral memorandum with Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries Inc. (KPI), as well as a painted portrait of the batyr Otei donated within the framework of the historical and cultural expedition “In the Footsteps of Our Ancestors…”, were accepted into the museum fund, along with other exhibits. Furthermore, 56 books were added to the museum’s library collection.
