Mukhambetkali Kipiyev
Mukhambetkali Kipiyev began his career in 1994 as an organizer in the Regional Center for Organizing Folk Art and Cultural Leisure Services, where he worked until 2005. He worked as a photographer-operator of the Local History Museum, leading researcher, Head of the Department of Ethnography and Archeology, Chief Specialist of the Enterprise for Protection of Historical and Cultural Heritage and rose to the rank of Deputy Director.
From 2005 to 2010, he held various positions, such as Deputy Head of the Regional State Inspectorate for Protection, Restoration and Use of Historical and Cultural Heritage, Head of the Inspectorate, Director of the Regional Museum of Local History.
In 2010-2019, he worked at the Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a Head of the Department for Accounting, Storage and Restoration of Funds, as the First Deputy General Director of the Kazakh Research Institute of Culture. From June 2019 to the present, he worked as Head of the State Inspectorate for Protection, Restoration and Use of the Historical and Cultural Heritage of Atyrau Region.
