After the plenary session of the international scientific and practical conference «Historical figures of Deshti Kipchak: Beybarys and his period», dedicated to the 800th anniversary of Sultan Beybarys, the conference continued in the form of a panel meeting in the Atyrau regional universal scientific library named after G. Slanov.
