«Желтоқсан жаңғырығы – жадымызда» exhibition was opened  and  a meeting was held that devoted to 30 years of December event in 1986 in the Regional Philharmonic Hall named after N.Zhanturin. 

The meeting was held for the purpose of lightening a December event in 1986 that firstly laid the foundation for current sovereign Kazakhstan, heroic deeds of the young who was not afraid of walking into the square and claiming a right.
