On October 16, 2024, the evening of the meeting "Talented Pacer of Writing" took place. It was dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, Honorary Journalist of Kazakhstan, excellent information worker, Honorary Citizen of the Kyzylkoga District, local historian Tolegen Zhanabayuly.

       The event began with the play “Tolegen Tulga”, dedicated to Tolegen Zhanabayuly. It was performed by actors of the Academic Kazakh Drama Theater named after Makhambet Utemisuly.

       The first congratulatory words were delivered by the head of the Department of Culture and Languages Development of the Atyrau Region Zholamanov Abil Taufikovich, writer Sidagaliev Saipeden Shamshidenuly, editor-in-chief of the newspaper «Atyrau» Kosshiyev Nazarbek Tuleuishovich, and aksakal of the batagoy Akmyrza Batyrkayruly.

After this, singers from the regional philharmonic society named after N. Zhantorin performed for the audience.

      The event was attended by heads of cultural institutions of the Atyrau region, local veterans of journalism, media representatives, local historians, relatives and contemporaries of Tolegen Zhanabauyly.
