The museum's fund is replenished with valuable relics belonging to Fariza Ongarsynova, the people's writer of Kazakhstan, an outstanding poetess, the queen of poetry, noted for her unique mark in the history of Kazakh literature. The Chief Curator of the fund, B. Khasanova, and head of the department for accounting fund, F. Tamenova, were sent to Almaty in early November to collect exhibits. Among the relics donated by the poet’s sister, Almagul Ongarsynova, are a dombra and kylkobyz, a mandolin, books and photographs, manuscripts, clothes that she wore during her life, and other items.
