«Ел мүддесін екшеген қайраткер» historical and educational lesson was conducted for students of humanities and foreign language department in Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau state university on 24 February 2017 that was devoted to 110 years of deputy to the Supreme Soviet of Kazakh SSR, party and public figure Khairosh Tastaibekov.
The lesson was conducted by Atyrau regional local history museum for the purpose of patriotic brought-up of young generation on the base of life and work way of a native of our region, party, public figure Kh.Tastaibekova.
Kh.Tastaybekov was born in 1907 in Yesbol village of Inder region of Guryev region. He participated in organization of “Red October” kolkhoz in 1929, he was an assistant in management, after was elected as a chairman of kolkhoz. In 1930 he graduated party school. In 1934 worked as a party secretary in fish plant Staro-Litsevoy of Ural and Caspian fish enterprise.
He was the first secretary of Makhambet (Baksay) region party committee; in 1938 was a chairman of Guryev regional Supreme Soviet organizing committee. He was elected as a chairman of Guryev regional executive committee in 1940. Since 1942 he took a position as national commissar of Kazakh SSR Fish industry on the ground of the decision of Kazakhstan Communist Party Central Committee.
In 1944 he was elected as a chairman of Kyzylorda regional executive committee. In 1949-1958 he was a chairman of South Kazakhstan Tyulkibas region executive committee. After retirement worked in Shymkent, he died in 1979. Kh.Tastaibekov works won public and state acceptance and awarded by Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Order of Honor.
Students got full information about life and works of Kh.Tastaibekov on the lesson. The lesson was accompanied by presentation of his photos and documents from holdings of the museum.
At the end of lesson a teacher of history Dinara Khaidullina thanked museum personnel for conducted lesson. 17 students of 2nd course by specialty of history presented at the lesson.
