«Қансонарда бүркітші шығады аңға» event was conducted in Local History Museum of Atyrau region on 20 February 2017 at 11.00. The purpose of event: acquaintance with national tradition of the Kazakh to which relates hunting with bird. This old craft is kept thanks to descendanthunters of kusbegi who popularize this old tradition.
Local history museum of Atyrau region director Kharipova Rashida thanked bercutchis (who hunts with golden eagle) for this event at the event and offered them to fill the museum holdings with their equipments.
The film about history of hunting with berkut in Kazakhstan, hunting bird tradition, leading hunters’ secrets was presented for attention of attendees.
Vic-president of Kazakhstan national games Yerlen Ospanov made speech about the aim of “Kansonar-2017” tournament where he emphasized a tournament importance popularizing spiritual heritage of Kazakh nation, hunting bird activity, increasing of country image as well as mention about work for preparing of hunters. Berkutchi hunters Abulkarim Koshkarov from Atyrau region talked about peculiarities and difficulties of hunting with birds. Berkutshi Kuanysh Isabekov from Almaty region narrated history of hunting with bekuts and introduced hunting equipments. Tastanbek Umytkan from Akmola region narrated about difference of hawk and berkut (golden eagle). Arman Koshkarov talked how to teach and train berkut, Bauyrzhan Yeshmetov from Taraz city talked about training of hawk.
In the course of event students have an opportunity to put questions for kusbegi hunters coming from all the region of Kazakhstan and get answers. Attendees got acquainted with interesting facts on art of bercuts training; hunting with birds. After completion of event bercutchi hunters thanked the museum staff. Atyrau regional national sport federation director, vice president Aslanbek Zhanbalayev, vice president of Kazakhstan national games Yerlan Ospanov, senior trainer of Kazakhstan bercutchis Bazarbek Kuntuganov, professional hunters kusbegi as well as teachers and students of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, media personnel, foreign guestswere at the event.
