“Kazakh national head wares” educational lesson under program “Country of Great Steppe – 25 grounds of Independence” devoted to the 25 years of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was conducted in the Local history museum of Atyrau region on 27 November 2016 at 14.00, 27 November – “Identity and Unity”.

The educational lesson began with video clip “Kazakhstan is a land of peace and reconciliation” in the exposition hall “Independence of Kazakhstan”. The pupils got to know about what kind of works are being made for  unity and cohesion of the Kazakhs united under shanyrak of the Assembly of Nation of Kazakhstan on the lesson “Kazakh national head wares”  devoted to 27 November -  “Identity and Unity”.

After it, participants got familiar with the national head wares: a hat for men-aiyr kalpak, head dress for women – kasaba,      shawl–sharkhat, treukh-tymak, and wedding head dress – saukele in “Ethnography” exposition hall.
