Culture, Achieve and Documentation Department of Atyrau region, Local History Museum of Atyrau region and the local administration of Isatay region held a research and training conference on the theme: “History and Figure”in “Zhalyn’culture center of Akkystau village of Isatay district (35, Munaishy St.) on September 30, 2016.
The aim of conference is showing research works, folkloric data and displaying of showpieces in studying history of national-liberation rebellion between 1836 and 1838 and heroism of national warrior Isatay Taimanov as a pattern for the younger generation of the Independent Kazakhstan, also developing the narration of history of rebellion in schools.
The deputy akim of Atyrau region S.Nakpayev, a senior vice-president of Atyrau regional branch of “Nur Otan” party N.Ozhayev, a secretary of Atyrau regional local representative body (maslikhat) S.Lukpanov, representatives of district akimats of Atyrau region, of Isatay district, personnel of district representative bodies and branches, National writer of Kazakhstan, a winner of State prize Anes Saray, a chairman of Isatay Taimanov’s community trust in Aktyubinsk region Yerkin Kurmanbek, a professor of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University and local historian, heads and representatives of Culture, Achieve and Documentation Department of Atyrau region, cultural institution, representatives of Bokey Orda history museum complex of West Kazakhstan region, heads and specialists of regional, district and rural museum of Atyrau region, teachers of history, Kazakh language and literature, personnel of media, total 310 people presented at the conference.
The conference was opened by a welcome address of the head of Culture, Achieve and Documentation Department of Atyrau regionA.Zholamanov.
The national writer of Kazakhstan, a winner of State prize Anes Saray stood out with research report on the theme: “Ертістегі ерек дерек”, a chairman of Isatay Taimanov’s community trust in Aktyubinsk region Yerkin Kurmanbek with report “Ер Исатай – ел есінде”, , a professor of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University Leskali Berdygozhin with report “Халық батырлары Исатай – Махамбет: ауызша тарихнама мәселесі”, Amangeldy Shamgonov with report «Қаһармандар есімі – халықтың мәңгі жадында», an honorable journalist of Kazakhstan Tulegen Zhanabayuly with report «Ұлт - азаттық көтеріліс және ақын - жыраулар»at the conference.
The head of Atyrau regional local history museum R.Kharipova made 10 proposals accepted by the participants of conference for following execution. At the end of conference, a ceremonial opening of Isatay district museum’s exposition took place in respect of moving to new building. The deputy akim of Atyrau region S.Nakpayev and a national writer of Kazakhstan, a winner of state prize Anes Saray took part in the ceremony of shearing band.
At museum disposal, there are four expositional rooms: “History of Isatay district”, “Local history”, “Distinguished figures of district” and “Ethnography, archeology and nature”. The photos and archival records about the history of Isatay district in the past and untill now, archival documents and documents about national-liberation rebellion between 1836 and 1838, leaders of rebellion Isatay Taimanov and Makhambet Utemisov, jewelry, stuffed animal or bird and others were introduced in the exposition. As well as 386 documents and photos, 106 objective showpieces, total 492 showpieces were presented in the exposition.
