For attracting visitors, publicizing cultural heritage of Kazakh people, acquainting with history, archeology, ethnography, local nature well known special “Night in museum” was conducted for 18 May-International Day of Museum on May 18 from 19:00 until 23.00.

In the event a defile of talent agency«VERO Modelz» was held for visitors, an academician of Art Academy of the Republic of Kazkahstan K.Zhapalova held training workshopson batik;there were a meet-the-artist event with prize winner of the festival “Shabyt” A.Dauletbayeva and B.Babash, an exposition of unique collection of bags from the holdings of museum, mysterious travel through room of XII-XX cc., exposition of documental film “History of victory” about aviatress-navigator, “Nation hero” Kh.Dospanova,  listening to old records of eposes, story, the Kazakh and Russian folk tales  «Тарихтың  дауыстышежіресі», a selling exhibition of jewelry, handicraft,  summarizing of work of the club “Young guide”.Festive events were visited by more than 1000 people.
