On May 17-18, the local history museum of the Atyrau region hosted the regional competition-exhibition "Kogamdyk muzeyler kazynasy" of school museums.
Atyrau Regional Museum of Local History hosted a thematic exhibition "The First Kazakh Woman Pilot Khiuaz Dospanova", dedicated to May 9 - Victory Day.
On May 5, the Kazakh Academic Drama Theater named after Makhambet Utemisov hosted an exhibition dedicated to the Defender of the Fatherland Day - May 7.
April 24 the Atyrau Regional Museum of Local History hosted the grand opening of the historical and educational exhibition "Aktobelikter - Ult Maktanyshi", organized by the regional memorial museum of the Hero of the Soviet Union Aliya Moldagulova in Aktobe.
On April 20, the head of the regional department of culture, development of languages and archives, Abil Zholamanov, arrived at the Atyrau Regional Museum of Local History and got acquainted with the life of the museum. He visited the offices and exhibition halls of the museum, checked the storage of exhibits in the museum fund.
On April 13, 2023, at the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.R. Oralov, a meeting was held with the participation of the heads of local executive bodies and regional heads of museums on the implementation of the project of holding an international exhibition in the Louvre of France on the topic “Kazakh dala örkenetinіn madeni codes” planned for 2026.
